Texas sees decrease in illegal border crossings
There are hot spots for illegal border crossings but not in Texas and now Arizona and California are now leading. The head of Texas DPS says border encounters in our state in places like Eagle Pass have declined under Operation Lone Star as FOX's Alex Boyer reports.
