Oil giants ConocoPhillips, Marathon Oil merge
Two Houston-based oil giants have agreed on an acquisition deal valued at more than $17 billion. ConocoPhillips is buying Marathon Oil and says the deal adds complementary properties to its existing US portfolio. Energy analyst Andrew Lipow joins FOX 26 to give more insight on the merger.
