Teens steal, crash car in Houston; one dead
HPD officers were en route to assist the officer call. They witnessed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed that crashed into another vehicle in the 1200 block of Richmond. The two officer unit attempted to stop that vehicle but a pursuit ensued. The suspect crashed into another vehicle in the 2800 block of Kirkwood and fled.
