2 year old grand jury indictment yet to be prosecuted

Judge Lina Hidalgo claims the felony charges against Alex Tryantaphylis, Aaron Dunn and Wallace Nader related to an $11 million COVID contract are without merit and driven by a political vendetta - outgoing Democratic District Attorney Kim Ogg has constantly insisted the evidence will prove otherwise.. What remains very much in question is whether a jury will ever make that call.
