Shelters for migrants reach tipping point

A federal appeals court ruled the controversial Texas immigration law will stay on hold until at least next week. This comes as shelters in border towns are reaching a tipping point for housing migrants. FOX's Bowen Kedrowicz has a report on what the shelters are seeing.
