Video shows mother in Amber Alert talking to CPS

New TikTok video shows the mother involved in a statewide Amber Alert in Texas talking to police and Child Protective Services. Her 1-year-old son apparently has a serious heart issue and needs immediate attention. FOX 26's Randy Wallace has more from Pasadena.
