NASA plans safe de-orbiting and landing of ISS

After more than two decades orbiting Earth, NASA is moving forward with plans to safely de-orbit and land the International Space Station (ISS) back on Earth. The ISS, home to hundreds of cosmonauts from 20 different countries since its launch in 1998, has been a hub for microgravity experiments.
