ERCOT CEO talks arctic blast grid performance

ERCOT says it's pleased with how the grid handled the frigid temps, snow and freezing rain. However, conditions were tight at times, and ERCOT had to ask Texans twice to conserve energy. FOX's John Krinjak spoke one-on-one with ERCOT CEO Pablo Vegas.
