TSU Flight Academy to open in 2025

As the aviation industry needs more pilots, Texas Southern University hopes to become the premier aviation school. The university announced they are building a flight academy at Ellington Airport and it's all thanks a $5.5 million from the Airport Improvement Fund approved by the Houston City Council.
