Human smuggling suspects given low bond

Two men accused of human smuggling already free from jail on bonds from other counties get low bonds here in Harris County. This is after they're arrested in town and charged with four counts of aggravated kidnapping. FOX 26's Randy Wallace has the latest in his ongoing series.
