FOX 26 Houston Weather Forecast

It will be another chilly night near 40 for Houston but not as cold as last night. High pressure will gift us with mostly clear skies and light wind tonight and Tuesday. Temperatures the next few afternoons should climb to the middle to upper 60s with clouds increasing by Wednesday and Thursday. Next system currently in the Pacific NW is set to arrive Friday bringing widespread rain with it. Rain will linger through Saturday with 1-2" a good bet for much of SE Texas over the Friday/Saturday timeframe. It will get a little cooler Saturday and Sunday. But no major temperature swings are in the forecast for the next week.
