President raised new questions on campaign

President Biden raised new questions about his own reflection campaign and tried to clarify remarks he made at a fundraiser on Tuesday. It all came just a day before Republic candidates, minus Donald Trump, once again meet on a debate stage. FOX News Correspondent Doug Luzader has more.
