Houston police announce security initiative

Local leaders are proposing a new plan to keep crime out of Houston: more security cameras and license plate readers. Houston Police Chief Troy Finner announced the "Project Safe View" initiative. It calls for businesses and residents to install their own security cameras in an effort to deter crime.
