A cloudy, soggy, and wet weather pattern is shaping up for much of the weekend and especially for Monday. So make sure you're prepared for chilly temperatures and multiple rounds of rain. Parts of the area, especially south of I-10 could pick up an additional 1-2" of rain over the weekend with an extra 1-2" of rain expected on Monday. Showers will pick up Saturday morning south of Houston and move north through the day. Sunday will start off with limited rain but more widespread showers will build in by the evening. Monday looks like a washout with steady rain most of the day which could be heavy at times. Rain chances gradually decrease Tuesday & Wednesday before going away completely Thursday. Temperatures will gradually get warmer rebounding back to the 70s by next Thursday. Have a great weekend!
