Mother of Uvalde victim running for mayor

Kimberly Mata-Rubio is the mother of 10-year-old Lexi who was killed in the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde last year and started a charity to honor her daughter's life. She's running for mayor of Uvalde and if she wins, would become Uvalde's first female mayor.
