Houston firefighters clear scene of mulch fire

Houston firefighters successfully extinguished a mulch fire near Hollister Street in the Spring Branch area of Northwest Houston this afternoon, with concerns that the fire had approached residential areas and two nearby schools, although the smoke did not pose a threat according to HFD.
