Parents of student killed suing police

The family of a college student killed in his bedroom by College Station police is suing the city for information. In February, police say they entered Mark Hopkins' home to serve a search warrant and claim Hopkins fired a shotgun at officers and their returning fire killed him. FOX 26's Abigail Dye spoke with Hopkins' parents about the evidence they say is being hidden.
