Suspect in murder of 11-year-old denied bail

New developments in the case of Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez who was charged with strangling and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old Pasadena girl. He was denied bail on capital murder charges and also claimed he was forced at gunpoint by two Black men to commit the sexual assault.
