Ohio voters say 'no' to amendment changes

A win for abortion rights activists in Ohio as voters in the Buckeye state turned down a proposal that would have raised the threshold for passing constitutional amendments to 60 percent of the vote. In November, Ohio voters will vote on a referendum to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution.
