Mexican officials criticize border tactics

Mexican authorities are criticizing Texas leaders after the recent discovery of two bodies in the Rio Grande. One was found Wednesday night in the newly installed Buoy barriers in Eagle Pass. Mexico's president calls the state's tactics at the border, quote, "inhumane".
