Carlee Russell missing, stopped on highway

A bizarre missing persons case is ongoing in Alabama as police believe 25-year-old Carlee Russell may have been lured into a dangerous situation by a child. Hoover police say she called 911 Thursday night while driving on I-459 about a toddler walking on the side of the interstate. She stopped to check on the child and called a family member but then they lost contact with her.
