Houston ISD cutting up to 600 jobs

Houston ISD Superintendent Mike Miles says the district is cutting up to 600 jobs. On Friday, Miles held a news conference to update the "reorganization" of the district's central office. He says the Human Resources Department is being reduced by 40 positions.
