Francisco Oropeza indicted on capital murder

The man accused of shooting and killing five of his neighbors including an 8-year-old boy in Cleveland, Texas has now been indicted on capital murder. The tragedy sparked a statewide manhunt for the suspect. FOX 26's Gabby Hart has more on the story.
