Best friend of woman who escaped after being held captive by boyfriend speaks out

An elderly woman was lucky to escape after she was held captive by her boyfriend. Her best friend claims she filed at least 8 wellness checks on her friend over the last year or so with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
