Houston police plan to blockade Bissonnet Street

Southwest Houston strip Bissonnet Street is a popular street plagued by prostitution and sex trafficking, but Houston police are saying enough is enough. FOX 26's Gabby Hart has more on what officers are doing in hopes of cleaning up the area for good.
