The 2% solution over election ballot paper

SB 1993 which passed easily through the Texas Senate, will require Harris County, and only Harris County, to fully repeat any election in which 2% or more of total polling places run out of ballot paper. GOP election judges say the November 2022 ballot shortages in Harris County were intentional.
