Houston weather: Patchy Wednesday morning fog, then partly cloudy and warm

Today should be the last rain-free day for a while with pleasant temperatures and reasonable humidity. Beginning Thursday, muggy air moves in and begins a daily chance for showers along with much warmer overnight lows. We'll have a series of lows in the 70s and highs in the muggy upper 80s.
