1 of 3 escaped Mississippi detainees seen in Katy area

The U.S. Marshals Office has confirmed one of the three escaped detainees from a jail in Mississippi has been seen in Katy. Jerry Wayne Ranes was seen on Sunday at a McDonald's in the Shell gas station on Katy Freeway after he and three other men escaped from the Hinds County Detention Center in Mississippi.
