US says Russia has committed crimes against humanity in Ukraine

The United States has formally declared Russia is committing 'crimes against humanity' in it's war on Ukraine. It comes as we continue to see the disastrous toll the war is having on Ukraine with increased attacks in the country's Eastern region. FOX's Trey Yingst reports on the story from Ukraine.
