Things are finally calming down in the tropics with no tropical activity expected in the Atlantic Basin for the next few days. Meanwhile, in the eastern Pacific, there is a tropical disturbance that has a 60-90% shot to develop into a tropical cyclone over the next 2-5 days. It is just south of the southern coast of Mexico moving WNW.
