Description: All remains quiet in the Atlantic Basin with no development expected in the next 2-5 days. The National Hurricane Center has issued it's last advisory on Post Tropical Blas which is now a remnant low well off the Baja Peninsula Coast. Tropical Depression Celia is expected to strengthen over the next few days, however it is moving west with no impacts to land.
