'Libro Traficante' aiming to give potentially banned books exposure

“Libro Traficante” means “book smugglers.” A group of local activists are meeting with counterparts from Austin and San Antonio at the Texas capital to march against legislation targeted at banning certain literature, namely those from Mexican-American, Black, and the LGBQT community.
