Houston City Council votes on measure to require security cameras at local businesses

Houston City Council has passed a measure requiring a number of businesses to install outside security cameras. Bars, convenience stores, and game rooms will have 90 days to install the cameras, which Mayor Sylvester Turner says should reduce crime.
