Suspected kidnapper accused of trying to lure girls in Pasadena held on $75,000 bond

A man arrested for trying to kidnap little girls in Pasadena and Deer Park spent the day after his 25th birthday in court, where a Probable Cause judge had his bond set at $75,000.
