Second grand jury declined to indict former Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson

A grand jury in Brazoria County looked into evidence from the 10th accusation of sexual misconduct against Deshaun Watson. This comes weeks after Harris Co. grand jury declined to indict the former Texans QB on criminal charges.
