Oscar Rosales, man accused of killing Harris Co. Pct. 5 Corporal has bond denied

The man accused of killing Harris Co. Pct. 5 Corporal Charles Galloway made his court appearance hours after he arrest, where a judge denied his bond. During his trial, a masked Oscar Rosales, 51, was heard saying “Right here, all the officers and the security guard…if they want to try [sic] kill me right here, they can do it, whatever, I don't care."
