Florida officer seen choking female officer who stopped him from roughing up arrested suspect

A police sergeant in Sunrise, Florida was seen grabbing a fellow officer, who is a woman, when she tried to stop him from pepper-spraying a Black suspect who had been arrested and put into a patrol unit.
