Maui wildfire continues to burn

Fire crews in Hawai'i are still trying to contain at least four active wildfires still burning on the island. Meanwhile, anxious residents remain in shelters. FOX's Jake Karalexis is in Maui with firefighting and relief efforts.

Maui communities decimated by wildfire

We're seeing more and more of the devastation the wildfires in Maui are leaving behind. Hawai'i's governor increasing the death toll to 53 and survivors are sharing how they narrowly escaped the flames. FOX Weather's Max Gorden has a closer look.

AT least 36 people have died as wildfires devastate Maui, Hawai'i. On Thursday, a rush of people arrived in Washington State and some locals who were trying to leave Hawai'i. Thousands of people are racing to escape homes in Maui as wildfires tear through the island. Those flames have already killed dozens. Multiple military assets are now involved in the fire fight. FOX's Dan Springer is following the race to put out the flames.

12 wildfires spark across Texas

In less than 24 hours, Texas A&M Forest Service has responded to 12 new wildfires around the state, including a brush fire in Cedar Park, about 20 miles north of Austin. The fast moving fire has already burned 50 acres and destroyed an apartment building.

Nelson Creek Fire: Walker County wildfire 90% contained

The Nelson Creek Fire, a wildfire burning north of Huntsville and south of the Trinity River in Walker County, is an estimated 1,877 acres and 90% contained as of Wednesday afternoon, according to the Texas A&M Forest Service.
