Texas mass shooting suspect indicted

The man accused of an April killing spree that left 5 people dead in Cleveland, Texas, northeast of Houston has been indicted on capital murder charges. Francisco Oropeza, 38, is accused of shooting his neighbors, including an 8-year-old boy after they complained that his gunfire was keeping a baby awake.

No additional charges were filed on Thursday against Francisco Oropeza, but San Jacinto County officials tell us they continue to ask for the public’s help in identifying other people who may have helped Oropeza evade arrest.
