FOX 26 has learned it was a 17-year-old girl who was shot and killed in a road rage incident on Sunday morning. Louise Jean Wilson was on her way to Galveston with two friends when she unintentionally cut off another driver and the driver began shooting. Wilson was killed on I-45 near Midtown.
