Woman found dead in northwest Houston home, second body was found days before

HOUSTON - A woman was found dead in a bedroom at a home in northwest Houston on Wednesday afternoon.

Houston Police Department investigators say they received a call about the death at 5910 Verdome Lane around 2:30 p.m. Officials say a man was found dead at the same location on Saturday.

Police believe it might be a hoarding situation, but it has not been determined. There does not appear to be any signs of foul play, officials say.

The medical examiner's office will confirm the cause of death.
