The bodies of nearly 100 people were found earlier this year in Sugar Land as the property was being prepared for a $59 million Fort Bend ISD school.
Historians believe the unmarked graves are those of imprisoned African American laborers who died more than a century ago.
Once all the bodies are exhumed and studied, officials plan to rebury the remains at a different location.
