Two people killed in Katy-area car crash

KATY, Texas (FOX 26) - Two people were killed in a two-vehicle head-on collision on FM 529 on Sunday night. Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived to the site of the accident in addition to Katy and Cy-Fair Volunteer fire departments. Two adults were killed inside one of the vehicles, FOX 26 News has learned.

Two children were also involved in the accident, specifically, a one-year-old child and a three-year-old child who were taken by Life Flight medical helicopter to Memorial Herman Hospital - Texas Medical Center. Deputies will try to determine what caused the accident.
