Houston - Day 9 - Closing arguments this morning Andrew Murr began the House Managers' closing statement. Tony Buzbee and Dan Cogdell presented the defense's final statement and then Andrew Murr and Jeff Leach completed the House statement as determined earlier this summer in the Senate rules of the impeachment trial. The senators have adjourned to the deliberation room
