Texas A&M Galveston classes start Monday, students move in today

Texas A&M Galveston says it will be open with classes starting on Monday.

In preparations for the storm, some students and faculty had been moved north to the main campus in College Station.

The university says there wasn't any severe damage at the school.

Students will be moving in today through Sunday.

Classes start Monday because the A&M university system doesn't observe the Labor Day holiday.
