Before Trayvon Martin, before Michael Brown, and before Sandra Bland, there was Robbie Tolan.

He was gunned down in front of his own home after a confrontation with a Bellaire police officer back in 2008. The officer was cleared of all charges, but Tolan got some justice in a civil case that went all the way to the Supreme Court – the high court ruled in his favor.

Some call the shooting racial profiling.

Now, almost 10 years later, Robbie is telling his story in his own words with a new book. He's on the Factor with more.
