HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Houston City Councilman Larry Green was found dead in his condominium Tuesday morning when he failed to show up to City Hall and police conducted a welfare check. An autopsy will be done to determine the exact cause of death. But one this is clear: Larry Green will be missed.
