Precinct 1's Back to School Bash

Summer break is almost over and it's time for your kids to get ready for a new school year.

Well, the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable's Office wants to make going back fun with its 5th Annual Back to School Bash and Basketball Tournament. It's part of the Building Bridges Outreach Program geared toward bringing law enforcement and youth together.

On the Factor to talk about it is Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen, community outreach director Erica Davis, and Andres Montemayor, a participant of the Building Bridges program.
