Police release surveillance photos of suspect in grocery store parking lot shooting
HOUSTON - Houston police have released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at an HEB parking lot.
Around 1 p.m. Saturday police were responding to a shooting call in the grocery store parking lot located in the 9800 block of Blackhawk.
Upon arrival officers found that 75-year-old That Huu Le had been transported to an area hospital where he later died.
Investigators say that two suspects had followed Le to the parking lot where one suspect approached him as he was exiting his vehicle.
Police say a short altercation took place and Le was shot multiple times. Both suspects then fled in a gold-colored sedan.
Late Saturday police released two surveillance photos from the scene.
The suspect shown in the photo is described only as a black male wearing a gray hoodie and black pants with a white stripe running down the leg. He and the driver, described only as a black male, were last seen driving a gold-colored four-door sedan.
