Police investigating deadly afternoon shooting in East Houston

HOUSTON - One man is dead following an afternoon shooting in East Houston, police said.
Details are limited but authorities said the shooting occurred on the 1200 block of Dove, just after 3 p.m.
No suspect information has been released by authorities.
